Joshua Carlucci
Joshua Carlucci is a writer and journalist from Los Banos, California. A cook by trade, he cut his teeth in James Beard-nominated and Michelin-starred kitchens in California, New Orleans, and New York. He holds a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley, a culinary diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education, and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Memphis, where he was managing editor of the Pinch journal. He lives in New York City with his fiancée and their cat.
