Joshua Carlucci

Joshua Carlucci is a writer and journalist from Los Banos, California. A cook by trade, he cut his teeth in James Beard-nominated and Michelin-starred kitchens in California, New Orleans, and New York. He holds a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley, a culinary diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education, and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Memphis.
Josh is a staff writer at StarChefs and the managing editor of the Pinch journal. He lives in New York City with his fiancée and their cat.
