Joshua Carlucci

Joshua Carlucci is a writer from Los Banos, California. A cook by trade, he cut his teeth in James Beard-nominated and Michelin-Starred kitchens in New Orleans and New York City. He holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and the Institute of Culinary Education. Joshua is an MFA candidate in Creative Writing at the University of Memphis, where he is also the online editor of Pinch literary magazine. His work is concerned with the tendrils of food and folks in all facets of unbridled life. He splits his days between Memphis and New York City.
